Directions from Asheville from I-40

Take Exit 81 (SugarHill Road); Turn right and follow the road past and elementary school until there is pastures with red fencing on either side of the road. At the end of the fencing bear right toward Lake Lure. Follow the road for about 7-8 miles (past The Dollar Store; and Cove Corner Convenient Store). About 1/2 mile past Cove Corner, the road (now Cove Road) will make a sharp curve to the left. In the middd of the curve turn right onto Bill’s Creek Road. Go about 2 miles and turn left at the Zip line sign onto Boland Drive. Follow the signs about 1/2 mile and turn right down a paved driveway into a grave parking lot. You have arrived!

Morganton, Hickory, Statesville West I-40

Take Exit 81 (Sugar Hill Road). Turn left at the traffic light and pass over the interstate, go through a 2nd traffic light and then follow the directions above.

Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Hwy 9 South Carolina

Follow 64/74 round the lake. Go past the these two restaurants, Larkins on the Lake and Point of View; the golf course, until the Broad River appears on your left. Immediately after crossing the bridge and River Bend Development, turn left onto Bill’s Creek Road. Follow Bill’s Creek Road for approximately 7 miles, passing the library, fire station, Bill’s Creek Hardware, Dalton’s General Store, and the sign for Cedar Creek Riding Stables. Turn right at the Zip line sign onto Boland Drive. Follow the road for about 1/2 mile and turn right down a paved driveway into a gravel parking lot.

Charlotte, Forest City, Shelby, Rutherfordton

Take I-85 South out of Charlotte; merge onto US-74 W via Exit 10B towards Kings Mountain/Shelby; take US-74  Alt exit 181 toward US-64/Forest City/Spindale; merge onto US-74A Byp W; US-74 A Byp W becomes US-74 Alt W/Railroad Ave.; Turn left onto East Mountain St/US-64W/74 Alt W; continue on US-64W/US-74W Alt. thru Rutherfordton; turn right onto Cove Road; turn left onto Bill’s Creek Road for 2 miles; turn left onto Boland Drive Road(Zip Line Sign); follow the road for about 1/2 mile and turn right down a paved driveway into a gravel parking lot.
